Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a gentle practice designed to nurture body, mind and spirit. With long, deep holds, targeting connective tissue and meridian channels, Yin will help release stress and tension, and promote a sense of calm and wellbeing. Please bring a yoga mat and arrive 10 minutes before class starts.
